Professional Journey:

        Greetings everyone! I am Dilfuza Ulugbaeva, and I'm delighted to share a glimpse of my academic and professional journey.

        I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Westminster International University in Tashkent. Following graduation, I delved into the world of student services as an Assistant Manager at the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent. My passion for continuous learning led me to pursue a Master's degree in HRM and Talent Development at WIUT.

        Post-graduation, I transitioned into the role of a Leading HRM Officer, where I seamlessly applied the knowledge acquired during my academic pursuits. Currently, I proudly serve as the Head of the HR Department at Pharmaceutical Technical University, where I continue to apply strategic HR practices. In tandem with my professional journey, I am dedicated to enhancing my skills in teaching and learning. Currently enrolled in the PGCert program at WIUT, I aim to share the wealth of knowledge and experience garnered throughout my academic and professional endeavors.

Personal Touch:

        On a personal note, I am blessed to be the mother of two adorable kids. They bring immense joy to my life and serve as a constant reminder of the importance of balance between personal and professional spheres.
